We used to be a strictly online publication, but have now moved to print (photos to come). The initial idea is something I tossed around with many friends before we began development stages. I wanted to evoke a sense of personality through the strongest part of the project which I believe to be the typography. I wanted not only to create a strong brand, but a strong and pleasant experience that people would enjoy. The project is made of mostly recycled materials and/or bit and pieces that I found at the local grocery store and coffee shop. I had the pleasure of working with Curtis Ward and Carter Schieffer in this project and I am quite happy with the result of our combined efforts. The project is representative of a more sophisticated and expensive take on home improvement containing many tools used around the house and even includes your own framing kit! We even included an instructional handbook for the framing kit. We have a roster of exclusive, invited artists from every corner of the world and all walks of life. Every few months, we release themed exhibitions to the public, showcasing our abilities. This particular piece is a piece I collaborated on with an artist by the name of Parker Gibson, who currently lives in St. Louis. The custom typography and color scheme was me, and the modern-edge urban postwork was done by Gibson.
